Our family manages this popular restaurant, preparing and making traditional local and venetian dishes
Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients using simple yet delicious methods.
We pay special attention to the recipes linked
to our local tradition
by using fresh seasonal products from our area, such as Asiago cheese, butter, Tosella
or the mushrooms and wild berries picked in nearby woods. Gnocchi are made using potatoes from Rotzo.
Wild herbs like tarassaco, cumin, juniper and thyme accompanies our meats.
The menù also offers lots of alternatives for vegetarians.
The secret of our cooking consists in the quality of the products we use
and in our own production of pasta, gnocchi, bigoli, crepes, spatzel, tagliatelle, tarts,
cakes and anything you could want to eat!
Our wine list includes wines from all over Italy, particulary from Veneto,
Friuli, Venezia, Giulia and Trentino Alto Adige.
The Restaurant is open all year round. Only during the Winter season is it closed on Monday nights and Tuesdays
